How do I cancel or change my plan?
Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Log in' and then 'Forgot password?' to receive a reset link via email. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
How do I get started with ProposalDraft?
Sign up for a free account and create your first proposal. Describe your project in a few sentences and the AI generates a complete proposal with scope, milestones, and pricing.
My client can't access the proposal portal. What should I do?
Make sure you've shared the proposal link with your client. The link is unique and doesn't require a login. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below.
