Yes. Every proposal includes a detailed scope of work section with deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. You can also generate a standalone SOW document using any of our industry templates.
How does e-signature work?
When you share a proposal via client portal, your client can review it online and sign electronically. Both parties receive a signed copy via email. E-signatures are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA.
Is ProposalDraft suitable for freelancers?
